How it works

Declare withdrawal
Click "Withdraw contract" and fill out the form (name, order number and email address).

Confirmation of receipt received
You'll immediately receive an email with the date and time of your withdrawal. We'll then get back to you with the return address and all further steps.

Send package
Send the item back to us in original condition at your own expense.
4
Refund received
After review, we'll refund the amount in accordance with our return conditions.
Is it about the size or color?
You can exchange your item easily within 30 days.
We're a two-person team, not Amazon. So you'll need to cover the return costs yourself.
