Want to return or exchange a shirt? No problem—we'll handle it together, quickly and fairly.

If you would like to return a faultless shirt, please register your return via our returns portal:

Exchange (size or color)

If your shirt doesn't fit or you want a different color, you can exchange it within 30 days .

👉 Please contact us directly by email at hello@wildspiritapparel.com and provide your order number + desired change.

We will then send you all the details.

Complaint (faulty shirt)

Did your shirt arrive with a defect (e.g., printing error, shipping damage)? That shouldn't happen, of course – sorry about that!

📸 Upload photos from:

  • the shirt completely with visible design
  • the size label
  • the affected area (e.g. defect or printing error)

⚠️ Important: Please report any complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

For size deviations, a tolerance of ±4 cm applies. For larger deviations, please photograph with a measuring tape (shirt laid out flat, length/width visible).

Why we do not use selection orders

  • We are a small label – each shirt is printed upon order

  • No mass storage, no overproduction, no unnecessary waste

  • Please order carefully and avoid “selection orders” (multiple sizes for fitting)

  • Every return costs resources (transport, energy, material) and can usually not be resold
