You will need your order number (#0000-WSA) and correct e-mail adresse, which you used for your order.

Exchanges

If your shirt doesn't fit or you'd like a different color, you can exchange it within 30 days . Use the button at the top of the page.

Returns

If you would like to return a faultless shirt, please register your return via our returns portal.

What you should know:

Please register return within 14 days of receipt

The shirts must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

You are responsible for the return shipping costs to Austria (you can find more information in our cancellation policy ).

We recommend insured shipping with tracking number – for your and our security

⚠️ Important: Returns without prior registration in the portal cannot be accepted.

Complaint (faulty shirt)

Did your shirt arrive with a defect (e.g., printing error, shipping damage)? That shouldn't happen, of course – sorry about that!

📸 We need these photos:

  • the shirt completely with visible design
  • the size label
  • the affected area (e.g. defect or printing error)

    For size deviations, a tolerance of ±4 cm applies. For larger deviations, please photograph with a measuring tape (shirt laid out flat, length/width visible).

⚠️ Important: Please report any complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

Why we do not use selection orders

  • We are a small label – each shirt is printed upon order

  • No mass storage, no overproduction, no unnecessary waste

  • Please order carefully and avoid “selection orders” (multiple sizes for fitting)

  • Every return costs resources (transport, energy, material) and can usually not be resold
