Shipping policy

Shipping Countries
We currently deliver to:
Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Denmark, and Poland.

Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)
Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the number of items you order.
Shipping costs are based on weight and start at €4.90.

Shipping Address
We only ship to residential addresses. Unfortunately, delivery to parcel stations or pickup points is not possible.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, you will receive your order – depending on the delivery address – within 3–7 business days after a processing time of 2–5 days following conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment if prepayment was agreed).

  • Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak periods and are provided for guidance only.
  • If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in separate parcels unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Order cutoff for delivery before Christmas:

  • 🇩🇪 Dec 12 – Germany
  • 🌍 Dec 5 – Rest of Europe
