Since we print on demand, your new favorite piece takes a few days to reach you.

• Production: 2–5 business days
  
• Shipping:
  5-15 business days
  
• During peak times it can take a bit longer
  
• You'll automatically receive a tracking link at the email address you provided as soon as your package is on its way (also check your spam folder)

We forward your order to our production partner after 6 hours. After that, an address change is often no longer possible - but of course we'll try everything.

In a nutshell:

• Spotted a mistake? Get in touch with us immediately.
  
• Address changeable? Yes – as long as no shipping label has been created.
  
• Delivery already on its way? Then you'll need to contact the carrier directly.
  
• Have your tracking number ready and request a rerouting.

Please always enter your address correctly so your package reaches you without detours.

No worries, this can usually be cleared up quickly. Here are the most common reasons:

Short & simple:

• Check your spam/promotions folder – many emails end up there.
  
• Entered your email address incorrectly? Happens often → then we can't deliver the email.
  
• Checkout with a poor internet connection: Sometimes the order isn't sent completely.
  

Here's how to check whether the order really went through:

• Check whether a payment was charged.
  
• If no charge was made, the order most likely didn't land in the system.
  
• If you're unsure: write to us – we'll check it right away for you.

We totally understand the wish - unfortunately we can't offer try-on orders, because we produce on demand and aren't a huge corporation with a warehouse.

Short & simple:

• Every unisex shirt is only printed after your order.
  
• That's why we can't offer "order to choose from" packages.
  
• Our size charts help you make the right choice. Our shirts have a unisex fit and run looser and longer.
  
• Feel free to write to us – we'll advise you personally on sizing.
  
• And don't worry: Your 30-day right of exchange still applies, of course.
  

We want you to feel confident about your order and end up with exactly the shirt you really love.

Yes - but only within a short time window.

Short & simple:

• Cancellation is only possible before the printing process starts
  
• That means: within 6 hours of ordering
  
• After that your shirt is already being printed and can no longer be stopped
  

P.S.: If you only want to change the size, color or design, you don't need to cancel.

We can also make these adjustments for you within the first 12 hours.

We only ship to residential addresses. Shipping to parcel lockers or pickup stations is unfortunately not possible

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the number of items ordered. The shipping costs are calculated by weight and start at €4.90.
